Refund and Returns Policy
At Elusive Hair, we love nothing more than to see our customers shine. It should come as no surprise, then, that we take both your happiness and satisfaction seriously. Due to Covid-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, Elusive Hair is currently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope to return to normality as soon as is feasibly possible.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, therefore, any order modifications made after an order is submitted – including changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. – are unfortunately not permitted.
All bundle extension hair orders will be processed for shipping within 3 business days, unless the order requires identification and address verification. All wig orders will be process within 25 days, unless the order requires identification and address verification. All Elusive Hair Sales & Holiday orders will be processed for shipping within 5 to 7 business days, excluding wigs. Wig orders will be process within the normal 25 days. If, for any reason, an unforeseen event affects our operations, all orders will be processed and shipped the next possible business day
Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders: Elusive Hair cannot be held responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees, as assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. With that in mind, please wait until you receive your order (and confirm all items purchased are correct) before scheduling any subsequent hair appointments.
Our terms of payment are always 100% upfront. Elusive Hair accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged in full as soon as you place an online order. Fraudulent credit card use and theft of Elusive Hair merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. All sales are final.
For the protection of our customers, Elusive Hair reserves the right to request additional payment, identification, and shipping verification information after an order has been submitted.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping. When a customer places an order, it will take up to 3 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier after the processing time is complete. All orders will require a signature for delivery, without exceptions.
Shipping during Sales & Holidays: Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping for all Sales & Holiday orders. If you order during an Elusive Hair Sale Event or the Holiday Season, the processing time for orders can take up to 5 - 7 business days. Your order will ship after the processing time is complete. All orders will require a signature for delivery, without exceptions.
Express Shipping: Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping. When a customer places an express order, it will take up to 1 to 2 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier after the processing time is complete. All orders will require a signature for delivery, without exceptions.
If you select Express Shipping during a Sale or Holiday Season, your order will ship out in 2 -3 business days... After that, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days. All orders will require a signature for delivery, without exceptions.
No items will be processed or shipped on these days, nor do these days count as business days.

Elusive Hair does not ship to International Customers at this time.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (with signature required) and are insured.
Signature Required: An adult signature is required to deliver all of our orders. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing or shipping information entered by the customer may result in order cancellation or impact processing delays. If you need additional information, then please email [email protected].
Elusive Hair cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. In the event that this happens, please contact the courier to submit a negligence claim, outlining their failure to meet your expectations. ELUSIVE HAIR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER. Elusive Hair is unable to distribute any refunds or credits regarding these matters. If additional information is needed to support your claim, then please email Elusive Hair at [email protected] with your claim number and complete details.

Elusive Hair does not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, then your order will, unfortunately, be automatically canceled. All orders will require a signature; therefore, we will not ship to P.O. BOXES.
Elusive Hair is not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. The customer's responsibility is to ensure they enter their billing & shipping addresses correctly. Please be advised that any incorrect billing or shipping information provided by the customer will cause delays to your product’s delivery.
In order that Elusive Hair can contact you in case of an issue with your shipping address, please provide a valid email address and phone number for all orders placed. Please double-check the address you are entering, as Elusive Hair will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, in the event that an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
Elusive Hair is not responsible for delayed shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or courier delays.
If your package isn’t successfully delivered and is sent back to Elusive Hair, then this is typically due to insufficient delivery information (i.e., insufficient address information). Your tracking information will show “Returned to Sender” in the courier tracking tool.
“Returned to Sender” packages will be restocked, and customers will be issued an Elusive Hair E-Gift Card, excluding the initial shipping-related charges, that can be used to place a new order. Elusive Hair cannot replace or reship returned items processed by our Returns Department. We cannot guarantee that your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder, or that your items will be the same price as the original order.
To guarantee a satisfactory experience and that your package is delivered correctly, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all valid information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information are critical to ensuring the successful delivery of your Elusive Hair product.
Elusive Hair does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Please work with the courier to resolve this issue.
Elusive Hair LLC does not accept liability beyond the resolutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Elusive Hair Extensions will not be liable for subsequent, special, implied, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Elusive Hair LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Elusive Hair LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
